Today, September 16, 2026, Project Harmonia opens its Request for Proposals - the formal application process for tokenized funds, distributors and ecosystem participants seeking admission to a program that connects Allfunds' institutional fund distribution network with Solana's on-chain infrastructure.
What Project Harmonia does
Project Harmonia is a strategic initiative between Allfunds Blockchain and the Solana Foundation. It builds a direct commercial bridge between traditional fund distribution and public decentralized finance: tokenized funds available on Allfunds Blockchain become accessible on Solana, and tokenized funds live on Solana become accessible through Allfunds — without issuers having to build separate go-to-market paths for each.
Allfunds connects more than 3,300 asset managers and financial institutions, with approximately €1.9 trillion in assets under administration as at June 30, 2026 — the world's largest fund distribution network. Solana processed 33 billion transactions in 2025, more than every other network combined, with 70 million active monthly wallets and over $10.9 billion in stablecoin float, and is already home to more than $1 billion in institutional real-world assets on-chain.
How the RFP works
The RFP is organized around two tracks. Track A is for tokenized funds that are already live and fully operational on Solana, seeking admission to Allfunds' distribution network now. Track B is for funds still in development or pending regulatory approval, admitted on a rolling basis over the next 6–12 months against a credible roadmap.
Three categories of participant can apply: issuers of tokenized funds, distributors (both traditional and Web3-native), and ecosystem participants — infrastructure, custody, data, compliance, and payments/FX providers supporting the tokenized fund value chain. There are no admission fees, and applicants may submit multiple proposals.
Governance
Admission decisions are made by the Admission Committee, chaired by the Solana Foundation, which holds ultimate authority over admission, conditional admission and removal. Allfunds Blockchain participates as a non-voting observer. ioBuilders, whose Asseto platform provides the technical integration layer between Allfunds Blockchain and Solana, participates as technical advisor. Particula, the independent risk rating provider, applies its proprietary Particula Digital Asset Risk Framework (PDARF) across economic, legal, operational and technical dimensions and manages the RFP process end to end, with its ratings and recommendations forming the primary — but non-binding — analytical input to each admission decision.
